He invested in a pharmaceutical organisation (Mapreg) to build a healthcare project, handled by Professor Etienne Baulieu. He funded Mapreg, a laboratory based in Paris, in order to do a study regarding stroke, depression and other serious diseases. Being an investor, Charles Rosier receives a profit-share from the company because of his contribution that enabled the company to begin doing the study.

Charles Rosier financed MPOWERD to formulate other energy solutions such as lanterns. With this, MPOWERD delivered these solutions to more than 25 poor nations around the planet. To provide energy solutions to poor countries, MPOWERD established economical LED lanterns. His interests include extreme sports, environmental activities, culture and studies. Charles Rosier studied at Fenelon Sainte-Marie and earned his scientific degree in 1991. Charles Rosier took two years of additional classes at a famous private school named Integrale, where he studied for ESCP Europe.
